LF USA is one of the world’s premier designers and providers of consumer apparel, accessories and home decor brands. But they're made up of more than 20 small companies - and employees didn’t know how to share ideas or communicate with each other.
An internal branding campaign – “Make Anything Possible” – was developed to play up the employees’ strong sense of pride and accomplishment. And LF’s existing intranet was re-launched to spark communication, build communities, recognize outstanding performance, and share knowledge.
Pre-populated content, guest bloggers, editorial style features, and tools bring people and ideas together and integrate practical functionality into the social platform. And everything from Town Halls to the company picnic is available to view online.
